Hi! I’m Camille
You may be asking why I’m the right coach and consultant for you. Frankly, it’s because I’ve been where you are. I’ve been a new leader. I’ve been an advancing leader. I’ve worked in consulting and as an internal employee. I’ve worked across industries, including Energy, manufacturing, finance, utilities, transportation, not-for-profit, and government. Across all of these roles and industries, one thing holds true:
The kinds of demands leaders are facing begs for a different way of working and leading: A Human-Centric approach.
A Human-Centric approach is about understanding how the brain and the mind work, and working with them. It’s about connecting with individuals and influencing systems, cultures, and environments to prioritize employee wellbeing. It goes beyond employee engagement by understanding how humans actually behave, work and thrive.
In my over 20 years of experience, I have seen my friends, colleagues, and managers search for a different way to lead. I have experienced success, failure, and learning in my own leadership journey. This approach works. It has changed my career and life, and those of my clients.
It can change yours too.
In my journey through leadership, I earned my MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, where I learned how to use the principles of psychology and neuroscience to support myself and others. I’m also NeuroLeadership Institute certified coach, where I learned more about how the brain works. I use my experience and training to help leaders rise higher, connect to their purpose more deeply, and live a life that supports high ambition and respects human capacity.
When We Work Together…
We work as partners. I will listen first and challenge you respectfully. Our work is built on caring deeply about you, your employees, and your organization. My values are focused on:
Partnership: Doing work with you, not to you or around you
Listening: Focusing deeply and to understand, not to respond
Curiosity: Asking questions, probing answers, learning more
Transparency: Being open, honest, and kind
Fun: Taking my work seriously, but not myself
Delivery: Focusing on action-oriented solutions that achieve results
